At Deeply Rooted Botanicals, each product is carefully handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our herbal and botanical products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

To assist you please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
